- What is meditation?
Meditation usually refers to a state in which the body is consciously relaxed and the mind is allowed to become calm and focused.
Several major religions include ritual meditation; however, meditation itself need not be a religious or spiritual activity.
- How Meditation4All assists you?
Meditation4All informs you when your meditation is over (you can set how many minutes you want) or can help you by assisting you on you breaths (see here).
- Is my mobile supported?
It should. If you mobile supports MIDP 1.0 and you can upload java files then you are ready!
Meditation4All is using a little space (5Kb) and only basic functions to support as many mobiles as we can.
- How can I upload it to my mobile?
Read the instructions or ask the forum
- Will I find enlightentment?
This is up to you. My program is just a tool. Such as your mind ;)
- Why should I need this?
Read the meditation howto. Set the timer to 5 minutes (if you are new to this) and you'll be informed when the time is over by a gentle sound.
Or you can synchronize your breaths, to concentrate/relax more easy. It can be very hard not to anticipate for the time to end. But before doing this, read the warning
- What? A warning? Is this dangerous?
Even walking the road is dangerous. If you are new to this, go for a little time, read the warning and don't push yourself.
Even though it is unlikely that you'll get hurt by meditating, if you are new to this, don't stress yourself and if there is a meditation center near you visit it to show
you same basics. Or read same here. I take no responsibility. You have been warned. Take it easy.
- Why should I need meditation?
Researches shown that meditation can increase the immune system, make you more calm and think clearer, even with 10 minutes per day.
Also, researches demonstrate the benefits of meditation for mental illnesses such as anxiety, panic attacks and depression. Many studies from
colleges (such MIT), show very interesting results, about the mind disipline meditation offers. Even if you won't find enlightenment, you'll relax and will be more happy:)

- Could I bend spoons like Neo or Geller?
I don't know who Uri does it but there is a meditation for spoon bending. You'll have a lot of fun.
